Help get Casting Collective emails to your inbox

To ensure all our emails are delivered to your inbox, It's a good idea to mark them as coming from a 'safe sender' within your email settings.

For Casting Collective you need to safelist two different domains:

castingcollective.co.uk
and 
castingcollective.net

Otherwise, depending on your email type, the following instructions below might help with email delivery problems.

Outlook (Windows Live Hotmail) email Account:
Log in and click the “Settings” icon at the upper right-hand corner of the page. 
Choose “More Mail Settings” option.
Under the “Preventing junk email” section, click “Domain to mark as safe”.
Click “Safe senders”.
In the “Sender or domain to mark as safe” field, enter @castingcollective.co.uk  click “Add to list”
Repeat for @castingcollective.net

Gmail email Account:
In the search bar at the top of the page, click the "show search options" icon on the right end of the search bar (assumes you're looking at gmail in a web browser)
In the “From” field, enter @castingcollective.co.uk
Click “Create filter with this search” at the bottom of this dropdown window
Choose “Never send it to Spam”
Click “Create filter.”
Repeat for @castingcollective.net

Mac email Account:
From your inbox, open an email from the Sender (look in junk folder).
In the “From” line, click on "Casting Collective" to bring up an options box.
Choose “Add to Contact” from the dropdown menu.

Yahoo email Account:
Log in and click the “Settings” icon at the upper right-hand corner of the page. Click “Settings”.
Under “Filters” section, click “Add”.
In the “Sender” field, enter @castingcollective.co.uk under “Then deliver the email to the following folder” field, choose “Inbox” and click “Save”.
Repeat for @castingcollective.net
