When on the photos part of the form and ready to upload:

• Click on the Add your photo button
• On the next screen click the browse button
• This will open a file upload window
• In the "look in" drop-down at the top make sure you select desktop
• Locate the file you want to upload and click on open
• A preview of your photo should appear, if you are happy this is the right image, click continue

Do this for each of your 3 or 4 photos.

Be patient with photo uploads. It will take between 10 seconds and a minute to upload each photo of average size. If it's longer than that try a different photo.
